JFrank J. Kohlmyer was born on May 31, 1930. His home of record is Pennsauken, NJ.

He entered the US Air Force where he attained the rank of Sergeant (SGT).

His tour of duty began on April 6, 1970, when he was 39 years old.

On February 18, 1971, at the age of 40, Kohlmyer died from an injury sustained during a non-hostile ground attack in South Vietnam.
