In
honor
of Captain Gregory T. Dalessio, the American Legion (Sue
Quinn-Morris, Tom Wright and Don Iddenden), placed flags up and down
Kings Highway - from the church to the cemetery, and also along the
funeral procession route, which went from Knollwood Ave - Ivy Lane -
Roosevelt Ave - and down Church Rd to Colestown Cemetery.
Many American Legion Members (Chin Johnson, Tom Wright, Darlene
Reinis, John Murphy, Ron Coluccio, Jim Arcinese, Donna Arcinese, Ron
Flynn, Sean Cook and Sue Quinn-Morris) joined together with the
Patriot Guard and participated in the Flag Line both Tuesday and
Wednesday.
Commander Charles Macukewicz and Chaplain Chester Malik presented
the family with a Bible from the Post.

Some of the other Legion members who came out to show their respect
included Sal Commander Brian Fitzgerald, County Commander & Post
Finance Officer Tom Adams, Service Officer Bill Coneby, Sal Chaplain
Tom Wright, Mary Ellen Murray, Dot Wahl, Merchantville Commander
Bernie Henderson, Westmont Commander Harold, and Trustee Tim Kraft was
there with the Deer Park Fire Department along with many other firemen
from different Cherry Hill Fire Stations and alot of the Cherry Hill
Police Department.
Respects were also paid by Mayor Bernie Platt and Governor Corzine.

DALESSIO, GREGORY T.
Captain Gregory T. Dalessio died Monday, June 23, 2008, from wounds
sustained while serving his country in Iraq. Age 30. Beloved son of
Maureen (nee McIntyre) and Thomas Pagano of Cherry Hill, NJ and Robert
Dalessio of Philadelphia, PA. Loving brother of Nicholas Pagano,
Daniel Pagano, Timothy Pagano, Alexandra Pagano, Elizabeth Pagano,
Anastasia Pagano and Abigail Pagano, all of Cherry Hill, NJ. Beloved
grandson of Joan McIntyre of Atco, NJ and Rose Pagano of Phila., PA.
Many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Greg's viewing Tuesday
evening 5 to 9pm and Wednesday morning 9 to 10:30am in St. Peter
Celestine RC Church, 402 N. Kings Highway, Cherry Hill, NJ. Mass of
Christian Burial Wednesday 11am. Interment Colestown Cemetery Cherry
Hill, NJ. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made
to the Domenica Foundation, Heal Camden Fund, 14 Sbar Blvd.,
Moorestown, NJ 08057. Arrangements by the SCHETTER FUNERAL HOME, of
