Bidding Farewell and Honoring Past Commander Timothy Kraft
On Sunday, June 2, 2025, a surprise Farewell for Past Commander Timothy Kraft was held in the Hall after the Annual NJ American Legion Statewide Services at Locustwood.
In addition to officers and members of numerous American Legion Posts, his son, daughter and son-in-law, were in attendance.
In recognition and appreciation of his outstanding service, dedication, and loyalty in upholding the principles of the American Legion for over 37 years at Post 372 in Cherry Hill, NJ, we celebrated the remarkable contributions of Timothy Kraft. Throughout his tenure, he has exemplified true leadership, camaraderie, and commitment to our veterans and community.
A Legacy of Dedication and Service
Timothy Kraft's journey at Post 372 began over three decades ago, where he quickly became an integral part of the organization's fabric. Serving in numerous officer positions, his dedication and passion for the American Legion's mission have left an indelible mark on all those who have had the privilege of working alongside him. As Past Commander, he has shown unparalleled leadership and guidance, ensuring that the values of the Legion were upheld with integrity and honor.
Building Strong Community Bonds
One of the hallmarks of Timothy Kraft's tenure at Post 372 has been his commitment to fostering strong community bonds and relationships with not only the Legion partners, but through his tenure at the Deer Park Fire Rehab. Through his tireless efforts, he has assisted in countless events and initiatives that have not only benefited veterans but also brought the community together in support of a common cause. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life has been instrumental in the success of Post 372 and its impact on the Cherry Hill area.
A Friend and Mentor to All
Beyond his official duties, Timothy Kraft has been a friend and mentor to all who have crossed his path. His warm demeanor, sense of humor, and genuine care for others have made him a beloved figure within the American Legion and the broader community.
