Busy Day with Funeral, FLagging and Visiting Veterans
American Legion Cherry Hill NJ Post 372

It’s been a busy day for our American Legion Cherry Hill NJ members as we started the day by paying respects to one of our members, Lou Doerr, who passed away. His funeral was at Schetter Funeral Home, which we appropriately adorned with flags, in honor of Lou’s service to our nation.
After the funeral, some of our members took part in the Flagging of Cemetery, in preparation of Memorial Day, demonstrating our respect for those service members who have passed away.
A group of members also visited some local veterans at Riverfront Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center to show our appreciation for their service and spend some time with them
Still to follow is the Pre-Summer Vibes night beginning at 7pm with live music by Deke n Zeke
