With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of past American Legion Cherry Hill NJ veteran member and friend, Marty Smith. Marty was an essential figure at American Legion Post 372, where he dedicated his time in various officer roles, as well as bar manager. He was loved by all that knew him. After retiring to Florida, Marty passed away in February 2026, leaving behind cherished memories for everyone fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Rest in peace, Marty. Your legacy at the Post will always be remembered, and you will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
